SpaDerma is currently looking to expand its Injector team at our West Loop location.
Position Summary
SpaDerma is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to deliver cosmetic injection services, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and Kybella. This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of one year of injection experience who have a passion for aesthetics and building long-term patient relationships. While we provide ongoing advanced training, candidates must bring existing injectable expertise.
This part-time position offers a highly competitive compensation package and the opportunity to grow into a full time position in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop customized treatment plans.
- Safely and skillfully administer cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators and Kybella.
- Attend ongoing training and assist in aesthetic procedures beyond injectables.
- Provide detailed pre and post care instructions to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records and before-and-after photos.
- Actively contribute to practice growth through social media and marketing efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and complete assigned social media responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance practice operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois medical license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Minimum of 1 year of cosmetic injection experience (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and highly collaborative.
- Expertise in skincare treatments and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- Active social media accounts preferred.
- Weekend and evening availability.
